I would like to give a shout out to our great realtor Karen Machut of Royal LePage, Winnipeg.  She gave us excellent service and great advice in staging the house for sale.  She promised to sell it in a week and she did.  I would whole-heartedly recommend her to sell your house.

I live |n Ontario, so when I was ready to sell my home |n Winnipeg MB I called Karen. Selling a home is a daunting task in ideal conditions I was worried about the additional coordination it would take to sell my home a province away but within 5 minutes of speaking with Karen she set my mind at ease. She explained to me in detail the steps we were going to take to get my home sold quickly and for top dollar. Karen went above and beyond throughout the selling, by doing such things as facilitating needed renovations and arranging the cleaning of the home. My home sold |n less than 2 weeks and for a price I was very pleased with. I would recommend Karen to anyone looking for a real estate agent and if I ever move, back to Winnipeg I’ll be calling her again.

When I recently made a dec|s|on to sell my home and purchase a condo, I spoke to a number of different real estates but chose Karen Machut.
